Slitting Machine
1. Ustrukturhi yomthwalo weNgeniso: Uhambo olungakumbi lwegqibelelwa ngekhapha elihlobene. Inqanawa ezintathu zezinsimbi ezincedisi 30mm kwindawo yokugcina ukuthi ukuhlanganiswa kakhulu.

2. Ukusetyenziswa kweMahlula: Umlingano wemthwalo wegcinwa ngokubanzi ngamabhedlela amahhalelo ahlola; umoya omkhulu kunye nokuphucuka kwesayithi esincinci, zisetyenziswa ngamabhedlela amandla.

3. Ukusetyenziswa kweGxabo: Gxabo lesiqeduliweyo; umehluko wesiqhelo usetyenziswa ngumehluko wesiqhelo. Ingxelo enqamene inqamene yasetyenziswa ngokusebenzela izindlela ezilondoloziwe, ukuthi iiphatha leziphumule kuhambisana nothulo olufunekayo.

5. Isistimu sesetyenziswa: Imoto yesetyenziswa AC 7.5Kw efundekayo ekhapheniweyo ndaba imoto yesetyenziswa, nesishayamfuthe 0-120 rpm. Isiqhelo sesiqeduliweyo sisetshenziswa ngokusebenzela i-gear transmission.

6. Ukudumeleyo kweGxabo Lesiqeduliweyo: 800mm.

7. Ukuphumelela kweGxabo:
- Ukusetyenziswa kweShafu: Ukuhlawulwa ngamathathu omanje amanqaku (kushumayela, emphakathini, kubheni), ngesicwangciso sokugqibelela esiye ngu±0.01mm (ishafu lesikhulu esiprimhari, ishafu sesikupheleleyo esisekendi).
- Ukusetyenziswa kweShafu: Amasidingi angaphandle kunye namasidingi amaphakathi akufakwa ngeendaba ezimbili zokuhlola, ukuhlola lwavela ngokusebenzisa i-feeler gauges. Ukufakwa olunye ulwazi lwe-Upper shaft, ngesicwangciso sokugqibelela esiye ngu±0.01mm.
- Ukusetyenziswa kweShafu kwiSidingi: Ukuhlawulwa ngamanqaku ukusure ukuba kuhloyo lokusetyenziswa kweShafu, ngesicwangciso sokugqibelela esiye ngu±0.005mm.

8. Izinduna: Zingabizwa uphawu lwesintshangalo esisebenza njengeHard alloy ngesandla esihluke HRA90-95. Ukugcwalisa okuthile kwezinduna nezintlanti ukuya kuquka izinetho zokuvala. (Amanqaku kunye nezintlanti azilandelwe ngemithetho; zisetyenziswa ngokupheleleyo ngenqanawe yokuseta.)

Edge Recoiler

1. Isistimu Sokusetyenziswa: I-Recoiler inqwenya yindlela yakho yotorque motor yesishunda brand (imotor yesitshalo) ukusure ukuba umthengiso wakho wesiqhina sihamba ngokukhonzwa.

2. Ukususa Isikhwama: Isikhwama sokususa esikhundleniwe ngomoto nokuthuthukiswa kwekhopho yokuvula ukusurela ukugcina okunamandla kwesayithi, ukusurela ukubuyela kakhulu kweendaweni ezintsha.

4. Umendo Wesihlanu Nomlandelo: Amendo asihlanu esikhundleniwe ngomoto nomlandelo wesihlanu.

5. Isiqephu Sesihlanu: Isisekelwe ngamabhedu we-8mm amabhodwane abanamandla abe stainless steel aphoqele umdabululo womoya kunye nokulanda kakhulu.

6. Umyalezo Wesha Wemfuka: Usaphindele mfuka wesha wemfuka ewenamandla olusha kunye nokuzisa isikhathi somncedisi.

3. Izindlela ezidingeki CPC & EPC zikhona ukuze zibuyele umthetho wokubuya kwaye ukufika kwesiqinisekiso, uzokusetyenziswa okulandelayo yokungena ngaphandle.
4. Ukusetyenziswa kunqamulelwe yomphendvulo osebenzayo, isimo sasentlanziyo nokuphakamisana kwisekheme esihlanganisayo, umnini wethengiselwa wesilayithi yakho yayigcinikeleyo kunye nomphathisiyo, uzogahlela ukuba kuhlinzekile kunye nesibonelo sokusebenza.
