Components such as the crankshaft, gearset, and connecting rods undergo hard oxidation and precision grinding, resulting in exceptional durability, wear resistance, and overall performance.
The stroke of the ram is adjustable across 8 positions, accommodating a wide range of molds with varying mounting heights.
To ensure smooth operation, the design incorporates two symmetrical balancing mechanisms.
The adjustment precision is within 0.1mm, offering a safe, convenient, and reliable modulating system.
