Slitting Machine
1. Machine Body Structure: Integrally welded and stress-relieved. Features three 30mm thick large bottom plates for enhanced stability.

2. Shock Absorption Design: Machine body designed with open ports for adding shock-absorbing materials; motor and slitting mainframe separated, connected via universal joints.

3. Shaft Design: Fixed lower shaft; manual lift mechanism drives the upper shaft. The movable arch is mounted on linear slides for manual removal, facilitating tool change.

4. Shaft Material and Treatment: Lower and upper shafts made of 42CrMn forgings, subjected to quenching treatment, with surface hardness of HRC52-57. Shaft diameter is Φ120mm (+0 or -0.03mm), with an effective length of 1300mm.

5. Drive System: AC 7.5Kw variable frequency speed-controlled motor drives the lower shaft, with adjustable speed range of 0-120 rpm. Upper shaft driven by gear transmission.

6. Lower Spindle Height: 800mm.

7. Shaft Accuracy:
- Shaft Concentricity: Measured with three indicators (left, center, right), with tolerance of ±0.01mm (lower shaft primary, upper shaft secondary).
- Shaft Parallelism: Left and right sides installed with symmetrical upper and lower blades, corrected using feeler gauges. Primary focus on correcting the upper shaft, with tolerance of ±0.01mm.
- Shaft Side Parallelism: Measured with indicators to ensure proper shaft starting position, with tolerance of ±0.005mm.

8. Blades: Recommend the use of hard alloy material with hardness reaching HRA90-95. Optimized combination of blades and spacers to meet slitting specifications. (Blades and spacers not included in the equipment; subject to separate negotiation based on customer requirements.)

Edge Recoiler

1. Drive System: Recoiler driven by a Torque motor from the Shunda brand (tension motor) to ensure stable coiling process.

 2. Discharging Device: Discharging device controlled by motor and frequency converter to ensure uniform distribution of coil material, ensuring effective recoiling of edge materials.

3. Cage Drum: Designed with a cage drum for convenient and rapid unloading process.

4. Entry and Exit Bridge: Motor-controlled entry and exit bridges.

5. Bridge Surface: Covered with 8mm thick plain stainless steel plates for increased wear resistance and ease of cleaning.

6. Roller Shaft Design: Utilizes high-hardness roller shafts with thickened electroplating for increased wear resistance and service life.

Ⅲ .Technical process

Coil car → uncoiling → pinching, straightening and coil head cutting → looper → guiding → slitting → side scrap winding → looper → material pre dividing, tension → recoiling → unloading car
