Product Description

Feature:

1. This series of straightening machines is specifically designed by our company for the precise correction of terminal products. It is well known that without leveling and stress relief of the coil, it is impossible to produce good products, so the performance of the straightening machine plays a crucial role in production. However, the cost-effectiveness of most precision straightening machines often exceeds expectations, so Fungtai has introduced this superior and affordable product.

2. The leveling rollers and correction auxiliary rollers of this machine are all made of imported SUJ2, heat-treated to HRC60 degrees, ground after hard chrome plating to ensure uniform hard chrome layer and shape tolerance of each shaft.

3. The leveling adjustment of this machine adopts a single-point balance fine-tuning device, equipped with a scale ring to quickly find the leveling point.

4. In addition to the straightening roller, the addition of feeding rollers further improves the precision by exerting a rolling effect on the material.

5. The entire machine adopts high-precision bearings to extend the service life, and can be equipped with a frequency converter according to customer needs, making it more competitive in using special surface materials for straightening.

6. Due to the differences in material, strip width, and strip thickness, there is no uniform numerical reference. Therefore, it is recommended to take a small section of material for straightening before large-scale production and continue production only when the desired effect is achieved.

5.15.2

The head of straightener

1. This series of machine heads adopts a simplified design, specifically tailored for terminal products requiring high precision planning.

2. It utilizes dual-point fine-tuning, effectively preventing material deviation and deformation, making it more suitable for processing high-precision products.

3. The material feeding rollers are made of non-powered polyurethane rollers, molded as a whole for durability. The surface is resistant to scratching and abrasion, and with mechanical bearings, it rotates flexibly and is long-lasting.

 

·Straightener roller

1. The correction wheel is made of solid bearing steel, undergoes thick electroplating treatment after medium-frequency processing, ensuring a surface hardness not less than HRC58, thus ensuring material durability.

2. GCr15 forged round steel is used, subjected to preheating treatment (spheroidizing annealing), followed by turning, milling, medium-frequency processing, coarse grinding for cold stabilization, precision grinding, and finally electroplating. This maximizes precision, concentricity, surface smoothness, and hardness, extending the service life of the correction rollers.

·Drive gear

The gear processing process includes the following stages: gear roughing - tooth surface machining - heat treatment - tooth surface finishing. 

Roughing involves using forgings, undergoing normalization to improve their machinability for cutting; following the gear design blueprint, rough machining is conducted, followed by semi-finishing, hobbing, rolling, and gear shaping to achieve basic gear formation; subsequently, heat treatment is performed to enhance mechanical properties. Following the blueprint specifications, final finishing is carried out, refining the reference and tooth profiles. Through these processes, our gears can achieve Grade 6 rating, ensuring high wear resistance, high strength, and long service life.

                                                                                              

·Electric control box

1.  Utilizes silver alloy relays, all-copper coils, flame-retardant safety bases, ensuring long-lasting durability.

2.  Employs safety-protected circuit delay relays, silver alloy contacts, multiple degree disks, meeting various delay range requirements.

3.  Switches feature sliding contact design with self-cleaning function, adopting a separate structure for normally open and normally closed contacts, enabling bipolar operation, equipped with anti-rotation positioning and anti-loosening mounting gaskets.

4.  Incorporates self-recovery push buttons, characterized by light force, moderate stroke, modular combination structure, utilizing ketone-based composite points for the contacts, boasting strong conductivity, capable of carrying large currents, with a lifespan of up to 1 million cycles.

·Power section

Employing an 80-type worm gear vertical reducer, this system utilizes the gear's speed converter to decrease the motor's rotational speed to the desired level, resulting in a mechanism with augmented torque.

 

·Rack structure

1.  This equipment adopts a simplified design to enhance site utilization, save costs, and offer high cost-effectiveness.

2.  The frame employs a modular assembly design, with all parts secured using hexagonal screws.  The overall structure is simple, facilitating easy assembly and equipment replacement by general technical workers, significantly reducing later maintenance costs.

3.  The frame base is made from cast material in one piece, reducing the occurrence of cracks during production.  The base can be fixed using anchor bolts, increasing the stability during operation and improving precision.
