Ensure the Continuous Flow and Safety of Coiled Material: The coiled material smoothly navigates its path from the uncoiler, guided by precision rollers on both left and right sides, monitored by advanced photo sensors to ensure proper looping. Through subsequent stages, including the opener device and bending roller system, the material is carefully fed downward, maintaining its integrity. Additional components like the coil tip flatness device, pinch rollers, work rollers, and feed rollers further contribute to a secure and seamless feeding process, prioritizing both efficiency and safety.
· STANDARD ACCESSORY:
Electric eye loop control system ensures precise material looping, while feed and straightener rolls boast hard chrome plating for durability. An outgoing catenary provides additional support, while a hold-down arm device secures the material in place. The feeding line is easily adjustable thanks to advanced worm gear screw jacks, enhancing flexibility. Uncoilers are equipped with inverter control for optimal performance, alongside a reference indicator adjuster for accuracy.

The frame component of the material rack is constructed from Q235B steel, renowned for its favorable elongation, robust strength, and weldability, making it a staple in general mechanical part manufacturing. Utilizing laser cutting techniques ensures the flatness of the entire plate. Subsequent CNC machining guarantees precise hole positioning. CO2 protection welding secures the size of the rack, maintaining structural integrity. Through annealing heat treatment, the internal structure of the steel undergoes modification, enhancing its performance. This heat treatment process not only fortifies the metal material to unleash its full potential but also reduces structural weight and enhances mechanical product quality, significantly extending machine part longevity. Additionally, it rectifies welding-induced defects, eliminates segregation, mitigates internal stress, and promotes uniformity in steel structure and properties.

The spindle bearing bore is meticulously crafted using a horizontal boring machine, ensuring exceptional coaxiality, with a tolerance of below 0.015mm. Crafted from 40Mn tube forging, the main shaft of the material frame undergoes spheroidizing annealing, quenching, and tempering treatments. These processes significantly enhance the flexibility of the main shaft, surpassing standard carbon steel pipes commonly utilized in the industry.
