NC Servo Roll Feeder

Feature:

·Control panel

1. The human-machine interface features a 7-inch high-definition display screen from Taiwan screen pass, offering uniform colors and exquisite image quality. It is suitable for most industrial environments, boasting extremely high reliability, and supports both serial and network communication synchronously.

2.  Switches employ sliding contact design with self-cleaning function.  Normally open and normally closed contact heads are structured separately for bipolar operation, with separate mating of contacts.  They can work with opposite polarities and come with anti-rotation positioning and anti-loosening mounting gaskets.

3.  Utilizes self-resetting toggle buttons with lightweight operation and moderate keystroke.  The modular combination structure employs ketone-based composite points for the contacts, ensuring strong conductivity and capable of carrying large currents with a lifespan of up to 1 million cycles.

• Operating handle

1. The electrical control box is equipped with a separate operation box, facilitating personnel rotation for operation changes, saving time, and featuring waterproof and dustproof properties. It is made of high-strength materials with excellent conductivity and long lifespan.
   
2. The electrical control box is equipped with a separate emergency stop button, ensuring safety and reliability, and effectively reducing the frequency of electrical control box opening and closing, thus providing effective protection for the operation panel.

· Feed roller, block wheel

1. The feeding roller adopts a power-free galvanized drum, integrally formed, with a surface resistant to scratching and wear, and mechanical bearings, ensuring flexible and durable rotation.
   
2. The feeding stopper wheel undergoes hard chrome plating treatment, quenched to HRC60 hardness, with strong locking force on the locking handle for convenient locking and smooth roller movement.

·Feed cylinder

Using genuine Yadeke pneumatic cylinders with alloy cylinder body, hard oxidation, and leak-proof riveting. Solid aluminum CNC precision machining, with smooth inner walls, no sticking, and high working efficiency. Capable of high-intensity operation, durable, and suitable for various working conditions.

·Servo Motor

The servo motors and drivers are both from the Yaskawa brand (optional), significantly enhancing equipment performance, maximizing device capabilities, and addressing challenges. Yaskawa motors' innovative "no tuning required" function is further developed, eliminating the need for complex tuning procedures. This ensures stable operation, energy efficiency, compliance with safety standards, and visualization of time limits, allowing for use in harsh environments.

·Transmission gear

The gear manufacturing process includes the following steps: Gear rough machining - Gear tooth surface machining - Heat treatment - Gear tooth surface grinding. Rough machining primarily utilizes forging, followed by annealing to improve its machinability, making it easier to cut. According to the gear design drawings, rough machining is performed, followed by semi-finishing operations such as hobbing, milling, or broaching to achieve basic gear shaping; then heat treatment is conducted to enhance mechanical properties. Following the design requirements on the drawings, final finishing is performed, refining the geometrical accuracy and tooth profile. Through these processes, our gears can achieve a grade 6 level, with high wear resistance, high strength, and long service life.
