The predecessor of LIHAO Machinery,JITIAN Machinery Factory (sole proprietorship),began researching and producing components for automated feeders in 1998. Its early collaboration with ASPINA (Japan) and HAN'S LASER laid the foundation for its technical expertise and reputation in the industry. As one of the earliest mainland-owned manufacturers engaged in the research and production of automated stamping products,LIHAO Machinery set a benchmark in the industry and became the first privately-owned high-tech enterprise. Since its establishment,LIHAO has focused on independent research and development,and has remained dedicated to the field of automation equipment for 26 years.
In 2002,the establishment of Shenzhen Lihao Machinery Equipment Co.,Ltd. in Pingshan,Shenzhen marked the inception of LIHAO Machinery and the beginning of its involvement in the field of automation equipment. The establishment of LIHAO Machinery stemmed from a deep understanding of market demands and extensive exploration of the automation stamping equipment industry. From the outset,LIHAO has been committed to becoming a specialized manufacturing enterprise,providing customers with high-quality,high-efficiency stamping automation equipment.
In 2003,LIHAO Machinery opened the first nationwide office in Shunde and quickly established nearly 20 offices in major cities across China,signifying the gradual expansion of its business scope and the improvement of its service network. At the same time,LIHAO Machinery obtained certification as a private technology enterprise in Shenzhen,recognizing its technical strength and innovation capabilities.
In 2004,LIHAO Machinery successfully developed the first three-in-one NCHF-600,a significant milestone in the company's development,marking further advancements in its technological strength and innovation capabilities in the field of automation equipment.
In 2007,LIHAO Machinery obtained ISO quality system certification,was certified as a high-tech enterprise in Shenzhen,and applied for its first patent,now holding over twenty patents. Additionally,LIHAO Machinery successfully developed the first high-speed press,further solidifying its leading position in the industry. Furthermore,LIHAO Machinery registered its own enterprise standards with the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Technical Supervision,becoming the first company in the industry to have technical standards filed with the Bureau of Technical Supervision,providing unified specifications for the production and inspection of its products.
From 2008 to 2011,LIHAO Machinery successively developed cut to length line,slitting line,high-speed 3-in-1 servo feeder,automatic scale translation production lines,and zigzag feeder,laying the foundation for the expansion of its product line and the improvement of its technical level.
In 2013,LIHAO Machinery successfully developed the first die-cutting machine and fully automatic circular production line,further enriching the company's product range and meeting the needs of different customers.
From 2015 to 2018,LIHAO Machinery continuously launched new models of straightener feeder & uncoiler 3 in 1 products and completed the development of a high-speed automobile blanking line,demonstrating its sustained high-level momentum and capability in technological innovation and product development.
In 2019,LIHAO Machinery obtained the patent for the "anti-scattering mechanism of super-thick 3-in-1 straightening feeder," and this achievement was nominated for the "China Science and Technology Innovation Invention Achievement," highlighting the company's outstanding contributions and leading position in the field of technological innovation.
In 2020,LIHAO Machinery established Hunan LIHAO Machinery Equipment Co.,Ltd. in Yongzhou,Hunan Province,marking the company's continuous expansion into the market and its efforts to enhance production capacity to meet the growing market demand.
