Product Description

Feature:

1. This series of straightener machines is specially designed by our company for the production of thin materials requiring high precision punching. It is well known that without leveling and stress elimination, it is impossible to produce good products, so the performance of the leveling machine plays a key role in production.

2. The leveling wheel and the correction auxiliary wheel of this machine are made of imported SUJ2, heat-treated to HRC60°, ground after plating with hard chromium, ensuring uniform hard chromium layer and shape tolerance of each shaft.

3. The leveling adjustment of this machine adopts a floating four-point balance fine adjustment device, equipped with a dial gauge, which can quickly find the leveling point.

4. Each correction wheel of the S series precision correction machine is equipped with a leveling auxiliary wheel to ensure that it does not bend or deform during the production process, thereby improving the flatness quality of the product.

5. The lower auxiliary roller is fixed, enhancing the rigidity of the lower wheel and preventing deformation under stress.

6. The upper auxiliary roller is of the floating type, to obtain different pressures as needed, strengthening the leveling strength and lifespan of the leveling wheel and improving the flatness requirements of the plate surface.

7. The transmission gears adopt forced circulation oil lubrication to reduce gear wear and can operate for a long time under high temperature conditions.

8. The transmission mechanism adopts independent synchronous transmission for each leveling roller, reducing the accumulated backlash tolerance caused by gear transmission and improving the flatness requirements of the plate.

9. The addition of the lubrication system extends the life of the machine and allows the machine to operate in a stable state for a long time.

10. Due to differences in material, width, and thickness, there is no unified numerical reference. Therefore, it is recommended to take a small section of material for trial correction before mass production, and continuous production after achieving the desired effect.

·Straightener Head

1. The machine head adopts a parallel roller design, with a total of 21 precision correction rollers, 10 on the top and 11 on the bottom.

2. Utilizing a four-point fine adjustment, it is more suitable for processing high-precision products. The infeed and outfeed employ four-point independent pressure-adjustable feeding wheel pressure, effectively preventing material deviation and deformation.

3. The material support rollers utilize non-powered galvanized rollers, formed as a whole unit, with a surface that is resistant to scraping and abrasion. Mechanical bearings are employed for flexible and durable rotation.

4. Cast iron material handwheels are used, treated with surface electroplating, representing the most traditional type of handwheel.

5. Protective covers are installed on both sides of the transmission section for protection, equipped with viewing windows for easy observation.

 

·Straightener Roller

1.The correction rollers are made of solid bearing steel, with a mid-frequency thickened electroplating treatment ensuring a surface hardness of no less than HRC58, ensuring material durability.

2. GCr15 forged round steel is used, which undergoes preheating treatment (spheroidizing annealing), followed by turning, milling, mid-frequency treatment, rough grinding cold stabilization, precision grinding, and finally electroplating. This maximizes precision, concentricity, smoothness, and hardness, extending the service life of the correction rollers.

·Transmission Gear

The gear machining process includes the following steps: gear blank machining - tooth surface machining - heat treatment - tooth surface grinding. The blank is primarily forged, subjected to annealing to improve its machinability for cutting. Following the gear design drawings, rough machining is performed, followed by semi-finishing, turning, rolling, and gear hobbing to achieve basic gear formation. Subsequently, heat treatment is conducted to enhance mechanical properties. Following the requirements of the design drawings, final precision machining is carried out, refining the standards and gear profiles. Through these processes, our gear achieves a grade of 6, exhibiting high wear resistance, high strength, and a long service life.

 

·Power Section

1. We employ the 80-model vertical worm gear reducer, utilizing its gear speed converter to decrease the motor's rotation speed to the desired level, thus achieving a mechanism with higher torque.

2. Our choice is a vertical motor known for its low vibration and noise levels. Its fixed rotor section features pure copper coils, offering a lifespan ten times longer than ordinary coils. Additionally, ball bearings are fitted at both ends, ensuring minimal friction and lower temperatures.

·Electric control box

1.  Utilizing silver alloy relays with all-copper coils and flame-retardant safety bases for long-lasting durability.

2.  Employing safety-protected adjustable circuitry delay relays with silver alloy contacts and multiple range dials to meet various delay requirements.

3.  Switches feature sliding contacts with self-cleaning functionality.  Normally open and normally closed contacts employ a separated insulation structure for bipolar operation, equipped with anti-rotation positioning and anti-loosening mounting pads.

4.  Utilizing self-resetting flat push buttons with light and nimble force, moderate keystrokes, and a modular combination structure.  The contact points employ ketone-based composite points with strong conductivity, capable of carrying large currents and boasting a lifespan of up to 1 million cycles.

 

·Dial indicator, oil pump

1. We've integrated a manual oil pump for swift oil delivery, easing labor. Its imported oil seals ensure minimal risk of leakage, while the imported springs resist deformation and aging effectively.

2. Our setup includes a steel dial with meticulous craftsmanship, paired with a dustproof glass cover and an inner copper set. The copper movement ensures stability in structure and precise measurement.
