Feature:
1. This series of straightening machines is specifically designed for medium-thickness material products requiring high precision stamping. As is well known, it is impossible to produce good products without leveling the coil and eliminating stress, so the performance of the straightening machine plays a crucial role in production.
2. Due to the varying curvature of the material at different points, a single arrangement of straightening rolls cannot meet the high precision straightening requirements. The lihao STS series innovatively adopts the concept of coarse straightening with large rolls and fine straightening with small rolls, with various arrangements, using coarse straightening to produce a single arc in the coil and then correcting it with fine straightening to meet customer stamping requirements.
3. The leveling rolls and straightening auxiliary rolls of this machine are all made of imported SUJ2, heat treated to HRC60°, ground, and then ground after hard chrome plating to ensure uniform hard chrome layer and shape tolerance of each axis.
4. The coarse straightening of this machine uses a worm gear and worm synchronous pressing mechanism, equipped with a percentage gauge, which can quickly find the leveling point.
5. The fine straightening leveling adjustment of this machine adopts a floating four-point balance fine adjustment device, equipped with a percentage gauge, which can quickly find the leveling point.
6. This machine adopts universal joint drive, with full gear drive, suitable for products requiring high straightening accuracy.
7. In addition to the straightening rolls, the addition of material guiding wheels further improves accuracy by exerting pressure on the material.
8. Each straightening roll of the S series precision straightening machine is equipped with leveling auxiliary rolls to ensure that it does not undergo bending deformation during the production process, thereby improving the flatness quality of the product.
9. Both upper and lower auxiliary rollers are fixed to enhance the rigidity of the upper and lower rollers and prevent deformation under force.
10. Due to the differences in material, strip width, and thickness, there is no unified numerical reference. Therefore, it is recommended to take a small section of material for straightening before mass production, and continue production after achieving the desired effect.
Introduction:
·Leveling head
1. The machine head adopts a parallel roller design, with a total of 15 precision straightening rollers, 7 on the top and 8 on the bottom.
2. Utilizing a four-point fine adjustment system, it is more suitable for processing high-precision products. The entry and exit materials are regulated by four-point independent pressure-adjustable feeding rollers, effectively preventing material deviation and deformation.
3. The material support rollers adopt non-powered galvanized drum design, with integrated material molding, providing resistance to scratching and abrasion. Equipped with mechanical bearings, they offer flexible rotation and long-lasting durability.
4. Featuring a cast iron handwheel with surface electroplating treatment, it represents the most traditional type of handwheel.
5. Protective covers are installed on both sides of the transmission part, equipped with viewing windows for convenient observation.
·Leveling wheel
1. The straightening rollers are made of solid bearing steel, undergo thick electroplating treatment after medium frequency processing, ensuring a surface hardness of no less than HRC58 to guarantee durability of the material.
2. Forged from GCr15 round steel, the material undergoes preheating treatment (spheroidizing annealing), followed by turning, milling, medium frequency processing, rough grinding, cold stabilization, precision grinding, and finally electroplating. This process maximizes precision, concentricity, surface smoothness, and hardness, thereby extending the service life of the straightening rollers.
·Transmission gear
The gear manufacturing process includes the following steps: rough gear blanking - tooth surface processing - heat treatment - tooth surface grinding. The rough gear blanking is mainly done using forgings, which undergo normalizing to improve their cutting processing type, making it easier to cut. Following the gear design drawings, rough machining is performed, followed by semi-finishing, turning, rolling, and gear shaping to achieve basic gear formation. Subsequently, heat treatment is conducted to improve the mechanical properties. As per the design requirements of the drawings, final precision machining is carried out, refining the reference standards and gear profiles. Through these processes, our gear grade can reach level 6, with high wear resistance, high strength, and a long service life.
·Power section
1. Adopts the 80-type worm gear vertical reducer, utilizing the gear's speed converter to reduce the rotation speed of the motor (motor) to the desired speed, and obtaining a mechanism with larger torque.
2. Utilizes a vertical motor, with low vibration and low noise, where the fixed rotor part is equipped with pure copper coils, with a lifespan ten times longer than ordinary coils, and both ends are fitted with ball bearings, resulting in low friction and temperature.
·Electrical control box
1. Utilizes silver alloy relays, all-copper coils, flame-retardant safety bases, ensuring durability and longevity.
2. Employs safety-protected circuit delay relays, with silver alloy contacts and multiple dial options to meet various delay ranges.
3. Switches feature sliding contact design, equipped with self-cleaning function. The normally open and normally closed contact heads adopt a separate insulated structure, enabling bipolar operation, with anti-rotation positioning and anti-loosening installation pads.
4. Adopts self-resetting push-buttons, lightweight operation, moderate key travel, and modular combination structure. The contact points use ketone-based composite points, offering strong conductivity and high current-carrying capacity, with a lifespan of up to 1 million cycles.
·Dial indicator, yellow oil pump
1. Adopts manual grease pump, providing fast and effortless oil dispensing, with imported oil seals to prevent oil leakage and imported springs resistant to deformation and aging.
2. Utilizes steel percentage meter featuring precision-engineered dial, dust-proof glass, internally fitted with copper bushing, and equipped with a copper core, ensuring stable structure and accurate measurement.
