Product Description

Material Straightening Machine

1. After undergoing straightening with this machine, the material surface becomes smooth and flawless without any indentations, suitable for various metal sheets.

2. This machine adopts Japanese electromagnetic contact control and electronic components, preserving the integrity of the material surface, and is suitable for various types of metal sheets.

3. This machine can be used independently or in conjunction with the MT type or DBMT type automatic feeding rack for better results.

·The head of straightener

1. The machine head adopts a parallel roller design, with a total of 7 precision straightening rollers (3 upper, 4 lower).

2. Utilizing four-point micro-adjustment, it is better suited for processing high-precision products. The in-feed and out-feed employ four-point independent pressure-adjustable feed wheel pressure, effectively preventing material deviation and deformation.

3. The material support rollers feature power-free galvanized drum construction, ensuring integrated material formation with a surface resistant to scratching and wear. Equipped with mechanical bearings, they offer flexible rotation and durability.

4. The handwheel is made of cast iron material with a surface electroplating treatment, representing a classic design.

5. Protective covers are installed on both sides of the transmission part for protection, with visual windows provided for convenient observation.

 

·Straightener roller

1.The straightening rollers are made of solid bearing steel, with added thickness and electroplating treatment after intermediate frequency (IF) heating. The surface hardness is not less than HRC58, ensuring material durability.

2. GCr15 forged round steel is used, followed by preheating treatment (spheroidizing annealing).

3. Subsequently, it undergoes turning, milling, intermediate frequency treatment, rough grinding, cold stabilization, and finally fine grinding.

4. Lastly, it undergoes electroplating. This process maximizes precision, concentricity, smoothness, and hardness, prolonging the service life of the straightening rollers.

·Drive gear

The gear processing technology involves the following steps: Gear blanking - Gear tooth machining - Heat treatment - Gear tooth finishing. Blanking is primarily achieved through forging, followed by normalization to improve its machinability, facilitating cutting. Following the gear design specifications, rough machining is performed, followed by semi-finishing, involving turning, rolling, and hobbing to achieve basic gear shaping. Subsequently, heat treatment is carried out to enhance mechanical properties. Following the design requirements, final machining and gear profile finishing are performed. Through these processes, our gears can achieve a grade of 6, with high wear resistance, high strength, and long service life.

 

·Power section

1. Employing an 80-type worm gear vertical reducer, the gear speed converter is utilized to reduce the rotation speed of the motor (engine) to the desired level while achieving a mechanism with greater torque.

2. Utilizing a vertical motor for low vibration and low noise, the stationary rotor portion features pure copper coils, providing a lifespan ten times longer than ordinary coils. Equipped with ball bearings at both ends, it exhibits minimal friction and low temperature.

·Electric control box

1.Utilizing silver alloy relays with full copper coils, flame-retardant safety bases ensure long-lasting durability.

2. Incorporating safety protection adjustable circuitry with time-delay relays, featuring silver alloy contacts and a variety of adjustment dials to meet different delay ranges.

3. Switches employ sliding contact design with self-cleaning functionality. Normally open and normally closed contact heads utilize a separate insulation structure, enabling bipolar operation. Equipped with anti-rotation positioning and anti-loosening installation gaskets.

4. Featuring self-resetting flat push buttons with light force and moderate keystroke. Utilizing a modular combination structure with ketone-based composite contacts, ensuring strong conductivity and high current-carrying capacity with a lifespan of up to 1 million cycles.

 

·Rack section

1. The frame is designed as a welded structure, with welding conducted using a dual-protection welding machine. Welding begins with vertical corner welding followed by horizontal corner welding. Short seams are welded first, followed by long seams, ensuring tight welds and improving quality.

2. All frame materials are cut using laser or plasma cutting technology, ensuring high precision.

3. All components are machined using numerical control (NC) and computer numerical control (CNC) processes, ensuring good equipment interchangeability.

4. The overall structure is simple, allowing assembly and replacement of equipment parts by general technical workers, which is convenient and efficient, significantly reducing maintenance costs.
