Product Description
High Speed Gear Change Feeder
Features
Belt-type high-speed gear feeder is suitable for high-speed processing and requires high-precision feeding of stamped products. Changes in feeding length are achieved by changing 1-4 gears.
1. Suitable for stamped products requiring high-speed processing and high-precision feeding.
2. Suitable for a wide range of feeding devices with varying thicknesses, different lengths of feeding distance, and large variations in material width.
3. No need to adjust feeding thickness, feeding distance is only changed by gear replacement.
4. Specifications (or design) of Belt-type high-speed gear feeder:
(1). Utilizes cam-driven intermittent feeding method.
(2). Changes in feeding distance are achieved by changing 2~4 gears.
(3). Only the lower rollers are driven while the upper rollers are pressed by springs.
(4). When inserting material, the relaxation of upper and lower rollers can be operated manually by the air valve switch.
(5). Lubrication method: cam parts are oil groove type, while other gear parts are oil-immersed type.
(6). Both upper and lower rollers are hard chrome plated.
(7). The relaxation device is an eccentric cam, so the relaxation angle can be adjusted freely within the range of 0°~180°.
Configuration
1. Material Lubrication Device (with Flow Rate Adjustment).
2. Four Gears (Customer Specified Number of Teeth).
3. Pneumatic Material Clamping Release Device.
Performance Description:
The feeder adopts upper and lower roller drive feeding. The continuous input motion is transformed into intermittent gear indexing motion for the upper and lower roller feeding actions by a cam divider driven by the synchronous wheel of the punch. This mechanism is currently the most precise, reliable, and stable intermittent transmission mechanism, with a feeding accuracy of up to ±0.02mm. The upper and lower rollers are both made of carburized steel 20CrMnTi, carburized to HRC60~62° (quenching + carburizing treatment + hard chrome plating), and ground, ensuring the rigidity and surface smoothness of the rollers, guaranteeing high precision and wear resistance. The driving gears are made of carburized steel 20CrMnTi, heat-treated, carburized, and quenched to HRC58~60°, with gear radial runout of ±0.01mm, and precision level up to 6.
No adjustment of feeding thickness is required, and the feeding length (pitch) can be achieved by simply changing the gears inside the gearbox. The feeding range can be as low as 15mm and up to 300mm, making it highly adaptable to various requirements of different thicknesses, lengths, and significant variations in material length.
It employs a pneumatic material clamping release device. At the start of operation, the release frame lifts the upper roller, allowing materials to be easily inserted. The lifting height can be controlled by adjusting screws, facilitating mold adjustment at the beginning of feeding. The release mechanism adopts an eccentric wheel device, which is more precise, faster in release speed, and easier to adjust compared to pneumatic or rod-based release mechanisms.
