Zigzag Servo Roll Feeder
Left and Right Swinging Feeder is mainly designed and manufactured for automatic shifting of metal round pieces, specifically for round piece cutting production lines, aiming to save costs and enhance efficiency. It features high output, efficiency, precision, low energy consumption, and fully automated control. The leveling work rollers of the feeder can correct the curvature of the material, allowing it to smoothly pass through the mold, ensuring the flatness of the round pieces and minimizing material wastage.
Application for zigzag feeder
1. The thickness of the workpiece ranges from 0.3 to 3.0mm, with a width of 1800mm and a round piece diameter of 1000mm.
2. Suitable for a wide range of applications in industries such as hardware, stamping, electronics, electrical appliances, technology, automotive parts, metalworking, packaging, industrial, aerospace, cabinets, machinery, electrical, and electromechanical.
3. Suitable for coil materials such as steel, aluminum, copper, stainless steel, and iron.
Features of the zigzag servo roll feeder round piece cutting production line:
1. High Output: Multiple shifts can be performed, with each shift saving 7% of materials when calculated at a 60° angle. When the size of the round pieces varies, the layout angle can be adjusted according to the material width to maximize material utilization.
2. High Efficiency: Operating at a speed of 60 times per minute.
3. High Precision: During continuous stamping, the distance between edges can be set within 0.5mm, with each movement error guaranteed to be within ±0.08mm.

Description
·Structure
The equipment consists of three main parts: the feeder head, the fixed frame, and the control electrical box. The overall structure is compact, occupying minimal space. The frame is made of high-strength square tubes and plates, ensuring sturdy construction and smooth operation. The frame height is adjustable from 150 to 200mm (customizable according to actual requirements), making it suitable for a wide range of applications. It utilizes reinforced nylon drag chains, which have better flexibility than regular drag chains and are less prone to detachment or breakage at the connection points.
·Electrical control box
1. Equipped with silver alloy relays, copper coils, and flame-retardant safety bases, ensuring long-lasting durability.
2. Utilizes safety protection adjustable circuit delay relays with silver alloy contacts and multiple dial options to meet various delay ranges.
3. Switches feature sliding contact design with self-cleaning function. Normally open and normally closed contacts have separate insulating structures, allowing for bipolar operation, and are equipped with anti-rotation positioning and anti-loosening mounting pads.
4. Features self-resetting pushbuttons with light and ergonomic design. The keystroke is moderate, with a modular combination structure. Contact points use ketone-based composite points, providing strong conductivity and capable of carrying large currents, with a lifespan of up to 1 million cycles.
·Servo motor
Utilizing dual servo motors for precise control of the feeder head and machine's swinging motion, both equipped with Yaskawa brand servo motors and drivers (optional), significantly enhancing equipment performance. This maximizes device capabilities, addresses challenges, and utilizes Yaskawa's innovative "no adjustment function," eliminating the need for cumbersome tuning operations. The motion is stable, suitable for use in harsh environments, energy-efficient, compliant with safety standards, and achieves visualization.
·Feeding roller wheel
1. The correction wheel is made of solid bearing steel, with thickened electroplating treatment after medium frequency heating, ensuring a surface hardness of not less than HRC58 for durability.
2. GCr15 round steel is forged and then subjected to preheating treatment (spheroidizing annealing). It undergoes turning, milling, medium frequency treatment, rough grinding, cold stabilization, precision grinding, and finally electroplating. This process maximizes precision, concentricity, smoothness, and hardness, extending the service life of the correction roller.
·Ball screw
1. Made of high-quality high-carbon steel, chrome-plated surface for durability and wear resistance, ensuring stable performance.
2. Designed with a groove shape, allowing easy movement even with minimal axial clearance adjustment.
3. Utilizes ball motion, resulting in low pneumatic force and preventing the occurrence of creeping during sliding motion.
4. High precision and high-strength bearing steel, ensuring precise positioning and long service life.
